We carried out mould remediation and a bathroom refresh, including repairs to water damage from the bath leaking to the ceiling below. Works included cleaning, sealing, repainting, regrouting and resealing tiles, installing new shelving, and replacing the extractor fan to improve ventilation. Rotted skirting boards in the communal area were also replaced and redecorated, restoring a clean and durable finish.

End of Tenancy Repairs and Property Exterior Repair & Decor

We completed end of tenancy repairs and property preparation works, including external repairs and full external redecoration. Internal works included stain removal from ceilings, full internal redecoration, replacement of bathroom flooring and bath panel, and installation of new flooring throughout the property. The works restored the property to a clean, compliant, and lettable condition ready for reoccupation.

Damp Penetration (Gutter Leak) – Bathroom Mould Treatment and Redecoration

We completed mould remediation and full bathroom redecoration works following paint failure caused by poor previous preparation and a leaking gutter. All mould was treated and removed, deteriorated silicone seals were replaced, and surfaces were properly prepared before repainting the entire bathroom. The works restored a clean, hygienic, and durable finish with improved moisture resistance and long-term protection.

Complete Fence Replacement & Structural Upgrade

This job involved dismantling an old, weather-damaged fence that had become unstable and unsafe. We installed new heavy-duty posts and high-quality timber panels, securely fixed and professionally aligned. The finished result offers enhanced privacy, improved strength, and a fresh, attractive look that compliments the property

Wall Repair & Protective Coating Upgrade

This project involved repairing a severely weather-damaged brick wall with cracking and lifting paint caused by poor previous preparation. We removed all loose material and correctly prepared the surface for brickwork. A penetrative sealer was applied to stabilise the wall, followed by a high-build resin coating for long-lasting protection. The finish was completed using a textured roller to create a uniform, durable, and refreshed appearance.
